BEAIGA offers returns within 7 days of verified courier delivery for unworn garments in pristine original condition with all security tags and atelier packaging intact.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact concierge@beaiga.com with your order number. Once inspected and approved by our quality team, replacements or store credits are issued promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Garments showing signs of wear, perfume, alterations, or missing tags cannot be accepted.
